Hilltop Sunset Engagement Photos at Fort Lincoln

She is from Minnesota, he is from Maryland, yet they met in Bismarck, North Dakota. It’s such a unique story, almost straight out of a fairy tale and these two wanted engagement photos to match their fairy tale story! We decided that hilltop sunset engagement photos at Fort Lincoln would be perfect.

We started at the bottom of the hill and worked our way up, just in time for sunset.  Aimee had on gorgeous, but very tall high heels.  However, her sweet fiancé Andrew was more than willing to help her down the very steep stone steps. He is definitely a keeper! We fought humidity and hungry mosquitoes, but these two only had eyes for each other. You can really feel their love in these photos!

For once the North Dakota wind was in our favor! Just look at Aimee’s outfit blow in the wind.

These two are so much fun! Pick her up and twirl her around? No problem!
