Animal Lover Engagement Session in Riverwood Park

Many of my couples lately have requested engagement photos at locations that are unique to their love story. I think this is such a great idea because these locations are extra special to each couple!  A few weeks ago, Kirsten and Kevin had their pictures done at a local dog park were they met. Whereas Bryn and Tyler wanted to use the park where Tyler proposed!

Early this summer, Bryn and Tyler planned a bike ride with their roommate and their dogs. However, when their roommate mysteriously got called into work, Bryn started to think the bike ride wasn’t the best idea anymore. That didn’t stop Tyler though! He pushed Bryn to still take the dogs for a bike ride. They headed out towards one of their favorite parks. When they neared their usual bench in the park, Tyler claimed to have a leg cramp and they stopped for a break. Bryn started to poke fun at Tyler for getting a leg cramp only a mile into a bike ride!  Bryn’s laughter quickly turned into surprise when Tyler got down on one knee.  Tyler popped the question, and Bryn of course said yes!

I can only imagine their dog’s excitement when her humans got engaged! Don’t worry, this adorable pup made an appearance in the engagement photos as well. But we didn’t stop there! Being animal lovers, this couple also had their horses join in for a few pictures. Again, they added so many fun, unique elements to their engagement pictures. I can’t wait to see what they do with their wedding!
