Snowy Engagement Session at A Friend’s House

A Friend’s House may sound like an odd place for a wedding. However, in Fargo-Moorhead, it actually means a beautiful wedding venue in north Moorhead! One of the great things about A Friend’s House, is that they allow engagement pictures at the venue as well. This is such an amazing idea  because it is unique to your wedding vision.  You can look back and enjoy photos from both your wedding and your engagement session at A Friend’s House!

Not only did Danica and Logan make the perfect decision to use their wedding venue for their engagement session, they also choose the opposite season!  That means that they get to enjoy their wedding venue in both the winter and the summer! It will be so much fun to look back at these engagement session after seeing their wedding photos next summer!

Now enough about their amazing venue!  I met Danica in college because we both spent a lot of time at the pool.  I stayed dry, working registration for swim lessons, while Danica swam on the college swim team. Danica is a super sweet girl who always has a smile on her face. Although these two have been together for awhile, I just finally met Logan at their engagement session! It is clear how much Logan loves Danica. Throughout the whole session they were laughing and enjoying each other’s company. I think they even enjoyed spending an hour in the cold with me!

 Congratulations again Logan and Danica! I can’t wait to photograph your wedding day!

 

 

There is a huge tree on the corner of the property at A Friend’s House. Although there was nothing to block the cold wind, I wanted to take a few photos under this tree. That way, when the tree is full and green on their wedding day, we can recreate the photo!
