Jamie and Matt pick the perfect night for their engagement photos at NDSU and Oak Grove Park! We were able to walk around NDSU and enjoy the sunshine. Even though it was mid-October, the trees were still very green in most areas. It is always difficult to time fall colors in this area because as soon as they change, the strong North Dakota winds can blow them away overnight!

Jamie and Matt met through a dating app during COVID. Jamie was home for the weekend and matched with Matt! It was perfect timing for their paths to cross. Now, years later, they are planning their dream wedding and enjoying their loves together.

I photographed Jamie’s sister’s wedding a few years ago, and it was fun to reconnect and get to know Jamie better! Jamie and Matt love playing video games and spending time at home together. We talked about some of our favorite games to play with friends and cozy games as well.

Congratulations again Jamie and Matt! Your summer wedding next year is going to be beautiful!
