Colorful Fall Engagement Session at a Family Farm

These two absolutely lucked out with their engagement session at a family farm! I drove up to Crookston on a beautiful fall day and passed plenty of water in the ditches and farmers struggling to harvest their fields.  The forecast for the rest of the week called for snow and possible blizzard!  Everyone in the area was working hard to get things done before the snow came. In the middle of all the pre-blizzard chaos, I got to hang out with Emily and Jordan and take beautiful photos!  We had to avoid the mud and watch out for farm equipment coming and going, but I am so glad we were able to use Emily’s family farm for their engagement session.

Emily and Jordan love the outdoors. Crookston winters are long and cold, so these two enjoy every moment they are able to be outside. They love everything from hunting, to spending time at the lake, to enjoying the fresh air at the farm. Now they have an even better reason to love the outdoors!  A few weeks ago, Emily and Jordan visited his parents. It was raining outside and Jordan asked Emily to dance in the hay field with him.  Outside with the rain falling on them, Jordan asked Emily to marry him. She said yes!
