Hello there! My name is Alecs and I am so excited that you found my blog! Now it's time to cuddle up with your favorite furry friend, mine is my cat Goof, and start reading!
Raulette and Mildred said their vows together during a blustery cold winter wedding at Sweetwater Cafe in Grand Forks. The amazing Officiant Amber was offering short and sweet wedding ceremonies to celebrate Valentines Day, and this couple thought that sounded perfect! We met at the coffee shop, and Raulette and Mildred looked amazing in their wedding attire. After a beautiful ceremony with Amber, we found a cozy spot in the coffee shop to take some photos.
Raulette and Mildred really wanted dramatic winter photos! We headed over to University Park in Grand Forks and found a good spot where the grass wasn’t showing through the small amount of snow that was left. These two braved probably the coldest weather I have experience when photographing people outside! They were amazing and we took advantage of the soft winter sunset and beautiful park.
After surviving the cold, we took just a few photos of the sweet couple in their car. They told me they are really comfortable in the car, and often get take out food and just sit and talk. They love spending a Saturday driving around, getting groceries, and going home to watch Netflix. I love when couples find joy in the little things of daily life together!
Congratulations again Raulette and Mildred!
