Maret and Ryan had the perfect fall day for a Downtown Minneapolis engagement session! We met downtown and it was a quiet morning along the river. Just as we were about to start photos, we realized a 5k run was coming through the exact area we were taking photos at! Thankfully the runners were on the road and we were using other areas. Then, when there was the perfect break in runners, we were able to use the walking bridge for a few photos as well. The tall buildings across the river made for the perfect backdrop!

Ryan and Maret have been together for six years already. They have been through college, graduate school, moving, first jobs, and everything else in between. Now they are planning their dream wedding together! They picked The Jasper Hotel in Fargo for their wedding and I can’t wait to photograph their big day!
