Meghan & Jared – Gooseberry Mound Park

Snowy Winter Engagement Photos at Gooseberry Mound Park

Meghan and Jared are newly engaged and planning a beautiful summer wedding! They love to travel, and instead of Christmas gifts, they always plan an adventure. This year they went to Mexico to soak in the sun. While they were enjoying the amazing beach, Jared proposed! Meghan of course said yes! Now they are back in North Dakota and wanted to celebrate with some snowy engagement photos.

Like any typical winter photo session, it was warmer the few days leading up to the session and freezing on the day we took photos! Meghan and Jared were amazing though and still had a blast! It was barely zero degrees out, and the park was covered in ice, but these two were ready to take photos. When we first arrived at Gooseberry Mound Park, the sun was barely shining through the clouds. Then, the clouds blocked the sunshine and snow started to fall. I love when it is snowing for photos. It adds a little extra magic to winter photos!

Now, Meghan and Jared are planning a summer wedding at the amazing Naastad Acres in Hatton, ND. I can’t wait to celebrate with them! Congratulations again Meghan and Jared!
