One Year Wedding Anniversary Photos at Orchard Glen

Asia and Andrew got married last year on the perfect September day. It was sunny and warm, with just the right amount of light cloud cover for the outdoor ceremony. Asia and Andrew are now celebrating one year of marriage and wanted photos to celebrate! I did their engagement session in the fall of 2019, their wedding in fall of 2020, and now their anniversary photos at Orchard Glen in fall of 2021!  It was so much fun getting to hang out with these two again and hear all about their first year of marriage.

Asia and Andrew picked Orchard Glen Park for their photo session, which ended up being perfect! Orchard Glen is a beautiful park that has a ton of fruit trees and even more trees along the river. There are paths throughout the park and plenty of places to explore. We were able to find some amazing apple trees, tall grass, and even a few trees showing off their fall color!  The sunset came through the trees and created beautiful light for photos.

These two came prepared for their anniversary session! On their wedding day, they had bundt cakes for their dessert. They stopped by the bakery and grabbed a few bundt cakes to enjoy one year later!  Asia and Andrew agreed they were just as delicious as they remember! Asia also brought a framed wedding photo of the two of them. They wanted to start the tradition of taking a photo every year, holding the photo from the previous year. I love that idea! Especially since it shows how the couple has changed and grown together through each year of marriage!
