Sunny Fall Engagement Session at Orchard Glen Park

During what has turned out to be a rainy fall, Ciara and Donald picked the perfect sunny fall day for their engagement session!  We started in Downtown Fargo and took advantage of the beautiful light coming through the tall buildings. After Downtown Fargo, next up was Orchard Glen Park!  Ciara and Donald really wanted fall colors for their engagement session at Orchard Glen Park, and the trees didn’t disappoint! There were plenty of shades of yellow and orange along the river and the trails. We were able to walk around and get to know each other, while stopping every time we found the perfect fall color!

These two were so much fun to work with and they were always laughing and smiling at each other. It’s easy to see they love spending time together! I even caught them practicing their dance moves while I was taking ring photos! They are excited to take dance lessons for their wedding and although they have not started lessons yet, they were willing to show me some of their dance moves.  We ended the session with them dancing in the last of the sunset glow and it was perfect!

Ciara and Donald met through a mutual friend and have been together ever since! They now live with their adorable cat named Poppy and are planning a beautiful wedding day in Ciara’s hometown. I love small town weddings and their wedding sounds amazing! They told me all about their wedding planning so far and I can’t wait for their big day!
