Hello there! My name is Alecs and I am so excited that you found my blog! Now it's time to cuddle up with your favorite furry friend, mine is my cat Goof, and start reading!
Your bridal party is an important part of your wedding. They are there to support you and celebrate with you throughout the wedding day! However, there is one big thing you need to do to keep your bridal party happy the day of. You need to provide them lunch!
I have seen many bride and groom’s overlook this detail. Between decorating, setting up chairs, and hair and make-up, your bridal party is in for a long day! That day will be even longer if they have to wait until dinner to eat.
Sandwiches are an easy and quick lunch idea for a large group of people. If you have buns and an assortment of meats, cheeses, and condiments, there will be something for everyone! Sandwiches are also a great option because they can be eaten in a kitchen, at the church, in a hotel room, or anywhere else!
I love the option of fruits and vegetables as well. They are a quick and easy snack that people can eat on the go. They are also better than sugary items because they will prevent an energy crash later in the day! You want to make sure your bridal party can make it through the day and dance all night!
Water is by far the most important must-have for a bridal party. Whether you are having a summer or winter wedding, water is essential. Add a large case of water, a cooler, and some ice to your list and you will have a happy bridal party!
Although this post is aimed at the bridal party, don’t forget about other people who will be around throughout the day. Most weddings require family to show up early to help with various tasks. Don’t forget to add those helpful family members to the headcount!
Speaking of helpful family members, as the bride or groom, you don’t need to be in charge of getting the lunch to the venue. Add it to your to-do list, but then assign it to someone else! Send the money with a groomsmen or maybe an aunt and have them pick stuff up on the way to the venue! That is one less thing you need to worry about bringing with!
