Beautiful Sunset Engagement Session in Island Park

Planning an April engagement session in Fargo, ND is always tough because we never know what the weather will be like!  One day it’s sunny and warm and the next it is snowing and cold. Thankfully, last Sunday was the perfect day for an engagement session in Island Park! Not only was it 60 degrees, but the fog and clouds clear just in time for a sunset! I was also glad we picked Island Park, because it was the only park not under water!  The Red River crested the day after our session, so all the other parks along the river were completely under. Island Park had some great puddles we avoided, but otherwise it was perfect!

Kaylen and Ian are a sweet couple that met in college.  They are getting married this summer at the great venue, A Friend’s House!  They are planning an intimate, romantic wedding outside surrounded by their friends and family.  I can’t wait to get to know them more and photograph their wedding. Congratulations again Kaylen and Ian!
