Beautiful Sunset Engagement Session in Lions Conservancy Park

Sometimes a plus of hot weather, is that you know the sun will be shining!  The temperature was in the 90’s when we started this engagement session in Downtown Fargo. Thankfully the tall buildings protected us from the sun and kept us a littler cooler. Then we left Downtown and finished the engagement session in Lions Conservancy Park. Once in the park, we didn’t need to hide from the sun any longer!  The beautiful light was coming through the trees and created the perfect dreamy sunset for photos!

Just a few weeks ago, Micah and Kayla were visiting Charleston and went to Folly Beach at sunset. While they were watching the sunset, Micah got down on one knee right in the water and popped the question!  Kayla of course said yes and it was the perfect proposal! The ring is absolutely beautiful and Micah picked it out with just a little help. He brought Kayla’s best friend along to look at rings and find the perfect one, which I think is such a great idea!

Micah and Kayla were a blast to work with and we had a lot of fun chatting while walking between photo locations! They are an adventurous couple that love hitting the gym and traveling together. Now, they are spending their free time planning a very romantic wedding for next summer!
