Abby and Evan wanted fall engagement photos at Lions Conservancy Park to celebrate being newly engaged! They picked the first weekend in October and they got the craziest fall day for photos. The fall colors were starting to change around Fargo, but it was also a record high for early October! It was in the mid-90’s for the photo session, but they still looked amazing in their fall attire. Thankfully, we were able to stay out of the hot sun in Downtown Fargo before heading to Lions Conservancy Park for sunset.

The weather had cooled a little with the setting sun and the light in the park was perfect! Their sweet dog even joins us for a few photos towards the end of the session. I always love when couples bring their furry friends with for photos! Their dog wanted to sniff around and explore the park, but was ready with the cutest head tilts when it came time for photos!

Abby and Evan met in college. Abby’s roommate was a friend of Evan and introduced them. That friend made the right choice, because now these two are planning their dream wedding! They are going to have an amazing fall wedding day next year at the beautiful Pines Black. I have photographed weddings at the Pines White, and I can’t wait to photograph a Pines Black wedding!!
