Sunset Engagement Session in Downtown Fargo, ND

R. Jay and Matt picked the perfect fall evening for their sunset engagement session in Downtown Fargo.  We started at Scoop N Dough Downtown for some ice cream and cookie dough! R. Jayand Matt love to walk Downtown and for weekly ice cream dates. After ice cream, we found plenty of beautiful spots around Downtown Fargo and enjoyed the perfect weather!  These two had some great ideas for special places to take photos at. I love when couples put their personality into their engagement sessions! Whether that’s an ice cream date, pictures by the building they spent most of their college career at, or both!

R. Jay and Matt met online and had their first in-person date at a coffee shop. Since they were living in two different cities, they picked a halfway point to meet.  They began talking and R. Jay quickly learned that Matt doesn’t drink coffee!  That’s another reason why their ice cream dates are perfect!  They also realized that they scheduled their first date on Valentine’s Day. Now they will always remember the anniversary of their first date!

Not only were R. Jay and Matt great to hang out with, but they brought their adorable cocker spaniel-poodle, Colby! Colby was definitely born to model and he quickly became the center of attention in every photo.  He smiled, looked at his humans, and even gave out some kisses! Engagement sessions are extra special when furry friends join in on the fun!
