Ciara & Donald – Lidgerwood, ND

Ciara and Donald celebrated their sweet small town wedding in Lidgerwood, ND. They day started at the family farm with a house full of loved ones all talking, laughing, and getting last minute details ready for the big day. Ciara was at the center of it all, getting her hair and make up done. Once both the bride and groom were ready, we went to another family farm down the road for the big first look! The farm was perfect for photos!

Ciara and Donald went on a trip to Colorado and decided to go on a hike at the Garden of the Gods. Donald was trying to set the mood all day, playing romantic country songs on the radio on the way there. However, Ciara didn’t give him time to grab the ring out of his backpack because she wouldn’t look away long enough! Eventually at the end of the day, Donald found the perfect opportunity to pull out the ring and popped the question. Ciara doesn’t remember hearing the words, she probably blacked out. Her response was “Oh my God I hate you.” Followed up with a, “I think I’m gonna puke.” She eventually said yes and now they are happily married!

After this sweet couple said their vows in the hometown church, they were off to the reception to celebrate with friends and family! The bridal party rode on a trailer pulled by a tractor through town, and arrived to the reception in style. Everyone was already inside and the Knights of Columbus Hall was full of joyous laughter and talking! There was so much love in the air and Ciara and Donald were ready to dance the night away!
